Booked a Referred Customer – Bat Mitzvah
Referred customers are gold. I don’t have to do anything but customers would come to me. I love that concept. I booked a Bat Mitzvah today. She and her whole family were at the Bat Mitzvah I did last year.
So, they already liked me as a person.
My customer and my past Bat Mitzvah customer are close friends. So, they got together and looked at my photographs from last year’s Bat Mitzvah photography. So, they like my pictures.
She visited my website and quickly check my package… what can I say, I have the best price in town.
After her initial email, Bat Mitzva was booked in 48 hours. I went to her office on my lunch time and finalized everything.
I love referred customers & repeat customers.
